Everyone knows the importance of sleep, so why do we sacrifice it for something else? Today, we are joined by Professor Michael Chee, an expert on sleep deprivation on cognitive performance. We discuss the culture of hyper-productivity in Singapore and the differences between quality and duration of sleep.
